Is there parking?
You can find free parking places at the below roads:
Lower Addiscombe Road - by Davidson Road and in Addiscombe local centre (a short 10-minute bus ride away)
Cherry Orchard Road (Lower Addiscombe Road end - a 7-minute walk away)
You can also park at Ruskin Square car park which is on the doorstep of Boxpark Croydon. This car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking charges apply at all times.

What happens if I'm late?
You do not need to let us know if you are running late. We will accommodate you as much as possible upon arrival, but we cannot guarantee entry depending on how late you are.
Will you be screening any football matches?
Boxpark screens football matches in their designated areas. Please visit their website for more information regarding this.
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Guests are able to transfer their ticket at any time up until 12 noon on the day of your booking by creating an account here: https://playsluggers.com/my-account/ under the same email address used to make a booking.

Boxpark is a 5-minute walk from West Croydon station. Trains from London Bridge to East Croydon take approximately 12 minutes. Trains from London Victoria to East Croydon take approximately 16 minutes. East Croydon station can also be reached within minutes of Gatwick Airport, Crawley, Brighton and the south coast.
All Croydon Trams run to East Croydon station from New Addington, Elmers End, Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction.
The following bus routes all run into Croydon town centre - 50, 60, 64, 75, 109, 119, 154,166, 197, 250, 264, 312, 403, 405, 407, 412, 455, 466, 468, X26.
There is a cycle station beside East Croydon station and the Allianz building opposite
Can my kids play? (U18s)
Only those aged 14 and above may partake in a game of Sluggers, and those under 18 must leave our venue by 6pm. All guests 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there wheelchair access?
Boxpark Croydon can be accessed at both the Dingwall Road entrance and the George Street entrance. There is also a lift situated between the George Street and East Croydon entrances to give you easy access to both floors at Boxpark Croydon.
Disabled-access toilet facilities can be located in both the upstairs and downstairs toilets.
Can I bring my dog?
We love your pet pooches as much as you do but we're afraid only guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed inside the venues.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Unfortunately, we do not permit outside food and drink to our venues.
Do I have to book in advance?
While we permit walk-ins, we recommend booking in advance as much as possible to secure your spot! We'll do everything we can to accommodate you upon arrival, but this is subject to availability.
Do you have a dress code?
We believe everyone should be able to come in and enjoy themselves in whatever makes them feel great. You can keep it casual or get as dressed up as you like, it’s entirely up to you, however, there are a couple of restrictions that we ask you to respect:
You are not permitted to wear your hood up anywhere within the venue.
Please do not wear work clothes and tracksuits in the BOXBAR after 7pm on Friday and Saturday
On match days, you are not allowed to wear sports shirts or scarves inside the BOXBAR
How many people can play at once?
We currently permit a maximum of 6 guests per cage at any time. If your group is larger than this, you will need to book across cages/slots.

What are your COVID safety policies?
Please wait to be allocated your own BAT and HELMET from your Games Host to assure they are thoroughly sanitised before use.
If you wish to clean your baseball bat, baseball and helmet, please ask a host for sanitisation wipes.
Please keep at least 1 metre apart where possible at all times.
Only 1 person is permitted in your batting cage at one time, please respect other player's personal space.
At the end of your game please place your BAT and HELMET into the “BIN” provided to enable our Games Host to sanitise thoroughly for the next user.
Can I reserve a table?
We do not take table reservations unfortunately, this will be first-come-first-served.
